Esther is a qualified dance movement therapist (Grad Dip DMT, Assoc Deg Dance) with a background in ballet and contemporary dance. Esther brings a passion for movement and a commitment to helping and healing to her dance movement therapy practice. Her work is influenced by mentoring from leading practitioners in the field and her own experiences of movement and expression.
Esther’s approach is one of open, fluid guidance for her clients and shared exploration of the possibilities of healing through movement. A focus on growth and healing through creative expression grounded in solid therapeutic principles guides her sessions.
Esther is a member of the Dance Therapy Association of Australia (DTAA) and engages in ongoing professional development activities. Her work includes both one-on-one and group sessions for individual clients and organisations. Each session and program is developed in collaboration with the client.
